We believe in our products. We want you to believe in our products, too. So much so that we offer a solid 90-day, money-back guarantee on all ASIO Gear products. That means, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, up to 90 days after receipt, we'll refund 100% of your money.

If you find that our products fail after 90 days, contact us and speak with one of our customer service representatives. We want to be sure you're happy with your purchase, and that it can help make you an even better bow hunter in the process.

Shipping

We strive to have orders packed and shipped within one business day. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges

We get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not 100% satisfied with your ASIO Gear purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within ninety (90) days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

As far as exchanges go, because quantities of our products are limited for our initial launch, exchanges can only occur if a product is in stock. In the event a product is not in stock for the item you are wanting to exchange, a full refund of the purchase price will be provided to you.

US Returns/Exchanges

How to make a return:

Start your return by filling out a RMA Request Form, located here: asiogear.com/rma-request.

You will then be emailed a shipping label. Just package your items you wish to return, in the original packaging if possible, and send it back to us.

Once we receive your item and confirm that it is in re-sellable condition, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will happen as soon as your return is processed, typically within 3-5 business days after receipt of the merchandise.

Please note that refunds typically appear on credit card statements one full billing cycle from the refund date.

How to make an exchange:

Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for products that do not have the same style number or are priced differently from the item being exchanged. If you would like to purchase something different from what you would like to exchange, please return the item as outlined above and purchase the new item.

If you want a full refund back to the card on file, please do not process an exchange. You’re your item(s) are received and confirmed to be in re-sellable condition, the product will be refunded.

International Returns/ Exchanges (Canada)

We recommend return shipment(s) be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as UPS, FedEx, or the like.

Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Depending on your credit company or form of payment, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after we process your refund for it to post to your account.

Want to exchange?

Our international exchange process involves (2) separate transactions. You will need to return the item(s) you want to exchange and place a new order for the replacement items. If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, please contact info@asiogear.com and we will make it right.
